Last week Brant and I spent about an hour bottling the homebrew. It tasted pretty sweet to me. We had just added the priming sugar so I am sure that made it sweeter. I am really looking forward to giving it a try and hope it carbonates well. I am also hoping that the carbonation will balance out some of the sweetness.
