Does Brant have a Castle?

Apparently he does. The Governor of Tennessee, Phil Bredesen, recently signed the "Castle Doctrine" bill into law. This bill seems like common sense to me. After Florida signed it into law, many states have followed. Unfortunately, I do not believe that Virginia has taken this step yet and my previous state, California, most likely never will.
This is an interesting study: Would Banning Firearms Reduce Murder and Suicide: A Review of the Internal Evidence This study took a look at many nations of Europe and compared them to America and found that areas with less guns do not necessarily have less crime. The authors were interviewed in the magazine America's 1st Freedom which highlights some main points of the study.
